Making money should also be fun. There is way too much stress in this world today so we at AddVenture like to add the Adventure into Venture and the Fun into Funds. How do we do this?
- Firstly we do it by finding the right opportunities, ones that provide a good return and where with our unique skillsets we can add value to a venture.
- Secondly, if something is too scary it is not fun at all. So we ensure that only opportunities that can provide strong security are considered. It allows us to experience a fast ride, yet have the safety of being securely strapped in with an exit strategy.
If you are like me you would have been taught that the higher the potential profits, the higher the risk. Fortunately I have now learnt that this is just not so. People that are experts in their field consistently choose good investments that produce great returns without being high risk. Warren Buffet is probably one of, if not the, best example in this. He does this by following a few principles:
- Doing his due diligence thoroughly
- Looking at realistic markets and conditions in the future
- And above all buying value
You will have had some investments or trades that cause you to sweat bullets should something seem to start going wrong with them. Well I have decided that this form of trade or investment is not for me. And amazingly there are great opportunities out there for which the risk can be mitigated.
For example, what you you say if I could have you partner with us in the following opportunity:
- A business requires more funds to develop some land
- They require 50% of the current value of the land to be invested with them
- They will put up their property as security on your investment
- You will recieve a generous interest rate on you money, far more than you could receive in the bank
- Or you could receive a share in the overall property development
But isnt it risky to develop land in our current economic woes you might say. Well if you really look closely at what I have told you for the deal above, you will see that I have we will be investing 50% of the current value of the property. So even if there is a major financial crisis again, that property value would have to go down by more than half to not be able to get back the original investment. And that property is secured to your investment. As such any risk for you is significantly mitigated.
The upside is far greater though. Once developed, this property could be worth two times its original value and investment.
So as you can see this is a secure low risk investment with great potential returns.
The opportunites are out there and we actually have more opportunities at present than funds to work them. So this is where you are able to come in and ride on our coattails. We have the skills and experience to find these opportunities, lock in the security protections against hard assets like land, manage these projects and turn them into successes. If you have money that you would like to invest with good returns, then the picture is complete. So why would this be attractive to you?
